1. Services

BananaHub provides creative and digital services, including:

• Branding and design
• Website design and development
• Landing pages and event pages
• Website maintenance and updates
• Social media marketing and digital support

All services are delivered according to the agreed quotation, scope of work, or proposal.

2. Payments

• All projects require upfront payment or a deposit before work begins.
• All quotations are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Final payment must be made before handover, launch, or transfer of final files unless otherwise agreed.
• Pricing may change from time to time, but not during an already approved active project.
• Late payment may delay delivery, support, launch, or access to completed work.

3. Refund Policy

• Deposits are non-refundable.
• No refunds will be issued once work has started.
• Any refund granted will be at BananaHub’s sole discretion and subject to work already completed and costs already incurred.

4. Turnaround Time

Delivery timelines depend on the project scope, complexity, and how quickly the client provides feedback, content, approvals, access, and required materials.

Delays in receiving any of the above may affect agreed timelines.

5. Revisions

Projects include limited revisions as stated in the quotation or proposal. Additional revisions, redesign requests, or scope changes may result in extra charges.

6. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing the following in a timely manner:

• Content and copy
• Branding assets, logos, and images
• Accurate project information
• Timely feedback, approvals, and instructions

The client must also ensure that they have the right to use any materials supplied to BananaHub.

7. Intellectual Property

All work remains the property of BananaHub until full payment has been received. Once payment is made in full, ownership of the final approved work transfers to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

BananaHub reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio, social media, or promotional material unless otherwise agreed.

8. Third-Party Services

Some projects may make use of third-party services such as hosting, domains, plugins, analytics tools, payment gateways, APIs, or form providers. BananaHub is not responsible for technical faults, outages, service interruptions, or pricing changes caused by these providers.

9. Liability

BananaHub is not responsible for business performance outcomes, lost profits, loss of data, or indirect damages arising from the use of our website or services.

We are committed to delivering quality work and helping your brand grow, but we cannot guarantee specific commercial results.

10. Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services where there is non-payment, abusive conduct, unlawful use of our work, or breach of these terms. Work completed up to that date may still be invoiced.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the applicable jurisdiction of South African courts.

12. Acceptance

By using our website or working with BananaHub, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
